Continuing Education for Taxi Drivers

Required for all licensed taxi drivers at the end of their probationary period, which comes at the end of the first year.

The program consists of a business seminar, as well as updates on rules and regulations with an emphasis on The Americans With Disabilities Act.

The four hour program can be insightful, giving drivers an opportunity to compare notes and improve their business approach or structure thus improving possible business solutions. Updating and reinforcing regulatory knowledge is also a key program goal.
